In the morning, drink this charged water on an empty stomach.

Three 5 mukhi Rudraksha with instructions how to perform water therapy.
How to Use:

Take three original 5 Mukhi Rudraksha beads (preferably Nepali for stronger effect).

Place them in a glass or copper vessel filled with drinking water.

Leave overnight (6–8 hours).

Drink the energized water first thing in the morning.

Rinse the beads and repeat daily.
Note: Do not refrigerate. Use natural drinking water. Do not boil Rudraksha.
